Changes in this update:
* Exported CSV now includes shot notes and day notes
* Export CSV button now shows spinner while processing CSV
* Currently selected date is now a little easier to see on the Calendar screen
* Fixed bug where removing available side effects was unreliable
* Fixed bug with semaglutide concentration estimate
* Changed overall weight start date to default to date of highest recorded weight, not date of first shot
* Fixed bug with concentration estimate chart incorrectly dimming past dates if there were no future shots entered
