Great app for getting an e-Sim as a traveler.

I just got a new line so as a soon as I get to the USA I’ll be with a data plan. I’ve had some issues but the customer service was ogle great help. Really surprised of how easy this came up. Kudos!

Worst

The worst phone company that I opted for!!

No support whatsoever

I tried to buy a eSIM with the app but decided to show me an error right after I paid, and calling T-Mobile support is no help at all. I even sent a email in the description but did not get any response.
They want me to go to a store to solve the issue. If I wanted to go to a store a would have bought a regular SIM card
