5 stars, just an small idea that i think could be cool, hope you guys can implement it

It would be awesome if you guys add a way to leave a short note in some counts.
For example, when i watch tv shows, i like to keep track if there's an specific episode that made me laugh really hard or if i feel it was really good, but i cant with this app because i cant leave a note marking which episode of which tv shows was.
Other example could be if i want to count the times i got angry in a year and leave a note explaining why i felt that way. Or could be the same if i want to keep count of the times i felt sad in my year.

I really don't know anything about coding and making an app, but talking based on my complete ignorance, I think its a change that it shouldn't be very hard (again, talking based on my ignorance) and i know it could improve so much the app, also opening new ways of using and perspectives of seeing the app.

I would really love if you guys took this idea in consideration for a future update.
