To ensure the highest possible quality at all times, the customer is able to rate the service provided by the store and the driver on completion of the order.

The BUSINESS, via the mobile app is able to manage their jobs, assist them to navigate & communicate with customers, and ultimately do more, faster & better.
Through the app the BUSINESS is also able to monitor and track the Store operations team –Map tracking, assigning of orders and receiving alerts.
