This mobile App only works with Visa cards from 40 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Unfortunately, Visa cards from U.S. banks or Europe are not supported at this time.

You will find from purchase and travel to concierge and subscription benefits. You may generate your "Travel Certificate" and activate your "Travel Kit" to have a great travel experience. Also, you may talk to a doctor via videoconference while traveling overseas and redeem your benefits.

Una basura!
La asistencia médica y beneficios de visa son una basura.
La asistencia digital es menos que útil y la llamada de emergencia es una burla. Es vía roaming, te atiende una contestadora, a los 5 minutos atiende un agente, que te pide los mismos datos que la operadora. Donde además, son datos he tienen para haber emitido el certificado anteriormente.
Luego empieza un trámite eterno via email, donde te vuelven a pedir todos los datos de nuevo. Sus pedidas son ambiguas, para demorar la asistencia.
Es mejor ir al hospital y pagar, puedes morir esperando algo útil de visa

Emergencia médica ineficiente
Justo cuando se requiere una urgencia médica está no funciona. La aplicación tiene errores fuera del extranjero. No deja entrar y por lo tanto no se pueden tomar horas o citas al médico, ingrese a través de la web y todo perfecto pero al momento de tomar una cita es obligatorio entrar a la app y está no funciona.
