La he implementado en unos de mis clientes y la utilizo para el control del soporte a usuarios.
Buena APP, debe mejorar algunos módulos
En general la app funciona bastante bien, lamentablemente no tiene todas las funciones que ofrece la versión web. Un módulo que utilizamos mucho son más aprobaciones y flujos en el ticket. Estas no las puedo gestionar desde la APP. Por favor inclúyanlo!
