We've been working behind the scenes to make your 9D Breathwork experience even better. This update includes bug fixes for Facilitator sessions, a refreshed onboarding flow to help new users get started with ease, and general performance optimizations for improved speed and stability.

In this version, we've focused on making your experience smoother and more reliable. We've improved overall app stability, refined how the app handles subscriptions and free trials, and fine-tuned a few details to ensure everything works just as expected. We've also implemented under-the-hood system updates to enhance performance and reliability across the board.

In this version, we’ve introduced several enhancements to make your experience smoother than ever. We’ve added a new circular progress bar to better track your content, and iOS users can now download multiple journeys in the background, which play instantly once ready. We’ve also refined our network connectivity to ensure seamless transitions between offline and online modes, and improved our error reporting to eliminate unnecessary alerts while you’re in airplane mode. Finally, we’ve implemented under-the-hood system updates to improve overall app stability.

In this update, we’ve significantly improved how the app handles network connectivity to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience. You’ll now see clear, helpful alerts if your device goes offline or comes back online, without any annoying pop-ups when you’re simply navigating between screens. We’ve also squashed bugs related to rapid connection changes and offline app launches, so your journeys and library data will load seamlessly the moment your connection is restored.

We’ve made some exciting improvements to enhance your 9D experience. It’s now easier for new members to begin their journey with a clear “Start Here” guide right from the main navigation. We’ve also added quick links to our Skool communities for both customers and facilitators. Plus, you’ll now see a verification check on facilitator profiles, ensuring you’re guided by a certified expert. We’ve also polished the account details pages for a smoother experience.

We’ve worked to bring you better offline experience! Downloaded journeys now play smoothly without delays, and history syncs automatically when you're back online. We’ve also improved subscription management to ensure faster, reliable access to your premium content. Facilitators: Please set a primary and secondary location in your account details. Includes bug fixes and performance upgrades.

For our Facilitators, we've added two powerful new features to enhance your 9D experience. You can now easily manage your subscription directly within the app with our new Subscription Management feature. Additionally, for our partners, the new Partner Program Dashboard allows you to track your earnings, clicks, and conversions in real-time.

Session Management: - Cancel Sessions: Facilitators can now cancel sessions directly from the session management interface. - Session Editing: Facilitators can edit all session details after posting. - Participant Removal: Facilitators can remove participants from sessions. - Leave Sessions: Users can now leave sessions they've joined. Notifications: - Cancellation Notifications: Participants receive email and push notifications when a session is cancelled. - Join/Request Alerts: Facilitators are notified via push and email when users join or request to join sessions. - Admin Notifications: Admins can send targeted push notifications to users. User Features: - View Canceled Sessions: Users can see a list of canceled sessions. - Dropout Flagging: Users who frequently drop out of sessions will be flagged. Facilitator Tools: - Affiliate Links: Facilitators get unique affiliate links to track referrals. Admin Updates: - Email Filter: Admin panel now includes an email filter for user search. - Updated Journey Categories: Journey categories in the admin panel have been updated. Interface Improvements: - Separate Tabs: "Facilitators" and "Journeys" are now on separate screens for easier navigation. Link Updates: - Outgoing links have been reviewed and revised.
