Description
The ASSIST Checkup Lite is ideal for anyone interested in assessing their risk from alcohol, tobacco and other drug use. Brief advice is provided as well as information and links to resources to help cut down or quit use. There is a diary option to self-monitor use.
The ASSIST-Lite is a cut-down version of the Alcohol, Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test which was developed by the World Health Organization.
