Each year more than 125,000 visitors flock to State College, “Happy Valley”, Pennsylvania for the annual
Arts Festival. Held annually in July and chock full of live music performances, great food, and more than 300 professional artists and artisans, the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts consistently ranks as one of the top outdoor fine art and fine craft experiences in the nation!
