Description

To use the Cynergy Bank Mobile Banking App you need to:
• Be an existing customer of Cynergy Bank with a current account and / or one of our personal savings accounts
• Have a smartphone or tablet running the iOS operating system
• Be registered for Online Banking before you access and use the app. Visit our website for more information

To start using the mobile banking app, you'll need:
1. Your Online Banking Username and Passcode, along with your memorable information
2. The email address used to register your Online Banking account
3. The mobile number used to register your Online Banking account, as we will use this device to send you a verification code

If you don't have these details, contact our Customer Service team on 0345 850 5555 or +44 (0)20 3375 6422 (if you're calling from outside the UK). Lines are open from 8.00am to 7.00pm weekdays and 9.00am to 5.00pm (UK time ) on weekends and bank holidays. Calls may be recorded for monitoring and training.
