Bespoke Training Plans - Created for each individual, any fitness level, from home workouts to gym workouts.

Personalised calories & macros

Nutritional guidance, along with an E-book full of lots of recipes, tips, and education around nutrition.

Weekly check ins - We will track progress and reflect on the week. Discussing the biggest wins, and aspects that need more support for the next week. Ensuring we are always moving in the right direction.

My full support - I will be there throughout your journey, each day. I want to support each client mentally, there are no fad diets or restrictive habits with my online coaching. I fully invest into each client, understanding their previous habits, and current situation, around fitness and nutrition. I have a sustainable approach, caring more about you keeping these habits, and results long term.

A workout library to allow you to watch a tutorial on every exercise you can think of, to help you feel more confident and improve your form.

An educational library, allowing you to read through various E-books, and watch videos of Meg educating you on various topics within the fitness and nutrition industry.
