南宁市民卡APP是南宁市市民卡信息服务有限责任公司推出的官方应用。为了更好的服务市民，建设本地化便民综合服务，通过互联网为市民提供多渠道、全方位的网上综合服务体验。
【功能简介】：
1） 提供南宁市民卡账户开通、充值、支付服务；
2） 提供市民卡充值、挂失等网上营业厅服务；
3） 提供市民卡营业网点、合作商户查询服务；
4） 提供市民扫码乘车、停车缴费等出行服务；
5） 提供市民水费缴纳、话费流量充值等生活服务；
后期还将逐步实现更多市民卡应用、市民生活服务。包括市民卡申领、体育场馆预订、互联网金融等。
