提示:女孩子的计划多以减脂追求线条为主,所以要以中等或轻重量、高次数、短间歇、慢动作为主,不要使爆发力,不做或者少做大重量练习。什么是高次数?理论上讲,每组15次以上,建议15-25次左右,依个人情况再做调整。
