基本没有后台
假设系统运行两三个后台，巧房就是最先被杀的后台，点进去就要重新加载，希望能优化一下。
虽然很快，但是有些东西过于繁琐，例如看房源跟进不能像1.0版的直接就能看到还要点出来拉到低，这样浪费找房时间，很多未接通电话霸屏，应该系统屏蔽。个人使用起来不是那么便捷，其他都还可以，希望继续改进
