惠龙易通卫星定位监控平台（以下简称“北斗平台”)是通过交通运输通信信息工程质量检测中心检测，交通部官网公告，取得道路运输车辆卫星定位全国性运营资质的平台。平台为全国货运车辆和重点营运车辆（两客一危）安装符合部颁标准的北斗终端（GPS和BD双模制式），通过对车辆实时位置信息、历史轨迹查询、司机行驶行为和异常报警信息等进行监控和管理，与惠龙易通集配平台数据对接，实现货源精准智能匹配、提供货物跟踪、车队管理、保障货物运输安全等服务。
