围绕高速公路公司营运管理业务，以GIS服务为依托，利用移动互联网技术，通过、道路巡查、清障管理、路损追偿、应急管理等业务模块，实现高速公路运营管理涉及现场处置的数据采集、批复流转、消息提醒、路况信息等常用业务的操作、查询与展示。
【道路巡查】
辅助高速公路巡查人员对高速公路沿线发生的影响行车安全的事件情况进行快速定位与上报处置
【清障管理】
辅助营运管理部门对高速公路事故车、故障车进行快速救援处置，并实时监控清障任务执行情况
【路损追偿】
辅助路损追偿人员对高速公路道路资产损害情况进行勘察评估，并对后续路损追偿情况进行记录
【应急管理】
辅助应急事件现场工作人员开展现场工作，通过系统及时将应急处置现场的音频、视频、各项工作处置进度情况反馈给调度指挥中心人员
