一般来说用手工记库存也能满足要求,但就怕出现错误。库存和账面总是对不上,需要一张张单子去翻看,费脑子费工夫,特别让人崩溃。用软件以后就没了这些顾虑,查找单据非常方便,数据对不对得上可以快速发现,管理方便多了。
