1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

To claim a refund on your iPhone:

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the subscription, then choose Submit.

Kindly note that all the payments are processed exclusively according to the selected plan. Thus, if you were charged, it means that you signed up for a recurring subscription.

In such a case, please cancel the service via your iPhone settings via the following steps:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
