“老师圈”，老师专属的自媒体社交应用。同时也是“山东省教师教育网”官方APP，目前服务于山东教师教育网用户，为老师们提供移动端的学习、展示、交流平台。
App具备基本的社交平台功能，包括发表博客文章、相册照片、讲堂视频，关注内容发布者，浏览内容发布者主页，订阅内容动态，以及点赞、评论、分享、收藏内容等。
同时App为“山东教师教育网”的老师们提供了教师基本信息的编辑和查询功能，教师学时信息的查询功能，远程研修功能，博客和大家讲堂功能。
研修功能方便老师们通过手机参与远程研修项目的课程学习。
博客功能汇集了老师们的精彩博客文章。
大家讲堂功能则汇集了老师们的精彩讲堂视频，以及“山东省教师教育网”制作的优质课程和举办的线下专业性培训讲座。
