联盟任务
推动卒中中心、胸痛中心、呼吸专科医联体、代谢性疾病管理中心、肿瘤筛查中心等疾病管理中心在县域医疗机构的建设，为县域医疗机构提供中心化、网络化、体系化的疾病管理解决方案
推动县域重大疾病领域（脑血管、心血管、呼吸、消化、肾病、内分泌、肿瘤等）的学科建设和人员培训
推动县域重大疾病领域学科间协作，向基层引入创新医疗理念、创新技术和创新服务，为基层患者构建基于价值医学的多学科联动共管、急慢分治、防控一体的疾病健康综合服务体系
