“多元交互式”课堂观察平台是2014年国家教学成果一等奖《“多元交互式”教学评价体系的建构与实践》的重要评价工具，已获得国家版权局颁发的软件著作权。它积极响应了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》关于：“信息技术对教育发展具有革命性影响，必须予以高度重视”的号召。教育部《关于推进中小学教育质量综合评价改革的意见》中，特别指出：“要建立评价资源平台，组织专业机构开发科学的评价工具，促进资源共享。各地要充分利用现代信息技术，建立和完善教育质量综合评价数字化管理平台，开发评价工具，为开展评价、改进工作提供技术支撑。”本平台是对这一意见的积极响应，它使课堂观察迈进了数字化时代。
