- Complete two 45-minute workouts daily, one of which must be outdoors.
- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction or self-development book each day.
- Take a daily progress photo.

Track Your Progress:
- Weight Tracking: Keep an eye on your physical progress by logging your weight daily.
- Photo Tracking: Capture and save your daily progress photos to visualize your transformation over time.
