aiHealth挺不错的一款应用
用了有一段时间了，功能挺全面的。可以通过硬件设备或者AI视觉模型检测脊柱角度变化，提醒姿势不对的时候挺有用，细节做得还可以。
生命体征记录功能也挺方便的，数据整理得比较清晰。康复动作的跟练设计得专业性不错，和教练线上沟通的功能也让人感觉比较实用，尤其是需要长期调整习惯或者做康复的人可能会用得上。整体来说，体验还挺顺手的，值得试试。
