对于无障碍沟通的最后一点建议
阿里国际的使命是将中国的更多制造工厂无障碍的与全球买家联系起来，对于外贸来讲首先就是要解决语言沟通的便利化，目前还有很大一批从90/00年代以技术管理型转为创业的工厂老板迈不过这道坎，虽然阿里已经上线了文字同步翻译，但如果能做到视频电话或者语音同步翻译，让不懂外语也能随时与国外客户视频沟通，那才是真正的沟通无障碍，同时也可以吸引更多的商家入住阿里！相信以阿里的技术应该是能实现的
买家与卖家沟通交流有障碍
不懂英文也不懂各个国家的语言，交流十分困难根本是没法交流，能把卖家与买家聊天沟通问题解决好就十全十美了，比如说聊天时自带翻译，我的要求有些过份了😄，也希望能满足，让大家沟通更便利
