The Ascension Training Platform is designed to improve your training, increase your training knowledge, and help track your progress. Its performance-focused training plans have been tested over the past 20 years by professional coaches and athletes to provide the most direct and simplistic path to becoming stronger and maximizing your natural abilities. The content is broken down by skill level, and there are programs and progressions available for every level of experience, from beginner to pro.

Each exercise includes a video and a list of substitutes (harder/easier/different tool), and a supplemental knowledge library of long-format videos containing information on everything from body tension, to technique, mental training & approach, and nutrition.

By signing up for a free trial membership to The Toolbox, you get access to all content in the app. This is a ZERO commitment trial, cancel at any point.
