Quick Tasks – Checklists

• Added checklists to Segment Quick Tasks
o Users can run checklists by tapping Add Checklists
o A template is required to run a checklists; users can create and modify templates from the app
o Completing a checklists exports a pdf report as an attachment to the segment for viewing in Desktop (to be released soon)

Work Order List Page Filters

• Updated Assigned to Me filter to include segment task assignments, in addition to responsible technician
• Added Scheduled Today filter to show work orders that have scheduled start to end times that falls within today

Work Order Segments
• Archived segments are now filtered out from Mobile
Clocking
• Users can now only clock into segments with “open” status
• If user is clocked into a segment for over 1 hour of the quoted time, a popup notifying the user will occur; this feature only works if there is a quoted time
Bug Fixes
• Fixed Edit Work Order bug that was removing units when saving edits
• Resolved issue where keyboard was being dismissed while typing to search
