Always lose connection to my card
I need to change my ‚tansparent PIN‘, all the former procedures went well, the cellphone recognizes my card with NFC, but when I want to change the PIN, it always shows ‚lose connection to the card‘. Please fix this!!!!

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Have you already updatedt to iOS 13.2.? A lot of users told us that the update improved the connectivity. And maybe our video-tutorial will be helpfull for you. It is called "Online-Ausweisfunktion mit NFC mobil nutzen (iPhone/iOS)". You will find it, if you search for "ausweisapp2 iphone" on Youtube.
