Here are some amazing features of the app at your fingertips
Policy details: Have a quick glance of your policy start and end dates, your beneficiary details, your benefits, limits and sub-limits.
Search providers: Locate providers on our network of hospitals, clinics, dentists, pharmacies, physiotherapists and other health care providers. Search for different categories of providers near you by using the map view or the select option.
Request appointments: Request for an appointment to see doctors and any other health care providers on the network. You can also schedule for lab tests through the app.
Authorizations: Have online real-time view of all authorization requests and approvals
Track your claims: Track payment of claims made on your behalf by Bastion
My card: E – copy of your member card is available on the mobile app
