Match Binaural's Colors and icon to your taste, environment, and mood.

Binaural can also generate rain – mix it in with the beats to soften them and block out environmental noise, or use it by itself as a noise machine.

Your sessions will be logged to the Health app as "Mindful Minutes", if you so desire.

You can control Binaural from Siri, Shortcuts, Apple Watch, Control Center, the Lock Screen, and with the buttons on compatible headsets. Headphones are highly recommended!

四星好评比较喜欢这种专业的纯阿尔法波不像某睡眠的催眠音乐甚至有华山论剑啥的哈哈哈 18内购扣1星内容太少只加一个改颜色和计时不值18好吗希望更新

感觉不错

没那么多音乐花哨，脑波频率可自行调节，感觉挺好的，如果除了雨声，还能有海浪声就好了！
