Recurring notifications! By popular demand and with great pleasure I am releasing in this update the new notifications management which also includes the ability to enter daily or weekly recurring notifications. Fixed time issue on some uncensored timezones

- Fixed bug "You can't insert notification in the past" when setting notification in a correct date. - Changed SI wind units from m/s to km/h

- Following the suggestion of many users the use of gps is no longer mandatory and it is now possible to use the app without being automatic located.
