I like using Careem especially in Baghdad

Hello’ Why is it always the RIDER has to cancel the ride ?? Why not the captain?? Why always the rider has to pay the amount due to the cancellation of the ride said by the captain?? You really need to focus on this point if the captain cannot reach the destination on time its his duty to not accept it if he dose the penalty is on him not on RIDER..
