我真的是服了，小孩打游戏没看见就把这软件下载了，当天看见就把它卸载了，谁知道它说什么下载免费使用三天直接转自动续费订阅，在我看见的时候已经扣我70了，要不然我看了账单，我还不知道我订阅了这玩意，虽然是订阅了，但我不仅卸载了，而且还是你自动订阅的，根本没进入任何程序，一点消息都不给，一周扣我二十多，我还是学生党，钱本来就不多，上了两周学钱就剩五毛了！！！还乱删我东西，虽然我知道你是删除清理软件，但也不是这样清理的啊，你把我备忘录删了，那里面全是我花俩月整理出来的知识点和别的一些重要信息全没了，还删了一些其他的东西，钱还能还，知识点你帮我整理啊🙄🙄
我希望我们能好好沟通一下钱的问题，毕竟我真的就剩五毛了，知识点也不用你整理了，而且我真的不想投诉，谢谢🙏
