With the Co-Keeper app, you can manage your cleaners with customizable task lists, detailed visual cleaning reports and a stock inventory manager. Now you can relax and let your properties take care of themselves.

With the Co-Keeper host app you can:

- Create your property.

- Sync your Airbnb calendar or add your bookings manually (more vacation rental calendar syncs coming soon!!).

- Create your supply inventory list. Use our templates to help save you time. The supply templates are 100% customizable to fit your property needs.

- Create your cleaner's task list. Use our templates to help save you time. Customize your task list to fit your exact property needs. Here you can determine how detailed you would like to be in your turnover process.

- Invite your existing cleaner to the Co-Keeper app. There are two ways you can allow your cleaner(s) to access the task list and begin a cleaning report.
(1) Assign and schedule your cleaner(s) to a specific cleaning job.
(2) Add your cleaner(s) to a specific property so they can begin a job at anytime.

- After a cleaning is complete, you (the host) will receive a detailed visual cleaning report so you can virtually inspect your property before your next guest arrives.
