- Pausing your fast now properly stops logging successful fasts to your calendar

有点小遗憾

界面简单，在同样作用的app中格外不错，可是不太清楚app中的＂Alert Before Window Closes＂有什么作用，30分钟和没有有什么很大的区别，也没有禁食解除或开始的提醒🔔，希望可以得到回复或改进。 
总而言之，是一款不错的软件。

Thank you for the great feedback! The “Alert Before Window Closes” is pretty cryptic but it’s supposed to add an additional alert just before your eating window ends. It’s meant to remind you to have a few more bites before you get ready for your next fasting session.

If you said you aren’t noticing a difference when it’s turned off or not, I’ll look into that, it may be a bug somewhere.
