产品出现问题居然把责任推到用户身上！
近期发现手机端观看视频只能是小视频，放大后就是黑屏，导致无法设置声音和移动监控，找到大拿客服，开始说是他们的责任，后来又说产品部分他们不负责，要我们用户自己找摄像头生产商联系售后，天大的笑话，我买了汽车，汽车空调出现问题，难道让我去找空调生产厂家要求售后！这种随意推脱责任的做法的确过分！我就不信消协和媒体都是你们大拿公司开的！维权到底！
