Multi-charging tickets

Charged me twice when I only bought one ticket. Only input bank details once and only received one confirmation email which said I bought one ticket, while apparently I have been charged twice of tickets separately. Got the reply from the Dice which said I received two emails around 9:30pm and 9:31pm, and I have evidence that I received only one email at 8:30pm. So angry and they refused to get refund for one ticket I have not bought
