Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. I completely understand how upsetting it must feel to expect a trial period and then see an immediate charge, and also not to have the translation options you were hoping for.

Because your subscription was processed through Apple’s App Store, all billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Go to 👉 reportaproblem.apple.com

Sign in with your Apple ID.

Locate your Eatr subscription.

Select “Request a refund” and describe the issue (for example: “Charged immediately despite expecting free trial”).

Apple usually reviews and processes these requests quickly.

We also sincerely regret that language support is still limited. Expanding translations to make the app easier to use is already on our roadmap.
