Enac PRM is the new version of the free multimedia application that provides practical information in an accessible format on the use of air transport by passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility (PRM).

The project joins numerous other initiatives carried out by Enac, in support of community regulations which have established common rules in all airports of the European Union, to guarantee PRM passengers in air transport correct information on the procedures for requesting assistance special, without discrimination and without additional costs.

ENAC PRM therefore represents a multimedia guide also accessible to assistive technologies for the blind and provides easily usable information on:

• What is special assistance and who is it aimed at;
• Who are passengers with reduced mobility (PRM);
• From whom and when should assistance be requested;
• Who provides assistance at the airport and in flight;
• What happens if assistance was not requested;
• What to do in case of denied or inadequate assistance;
• Enac project “Autism - Traveling through the airport”;
• One Click Away Project.
