Connects to your KCS ERP solution, including K8, via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Work offline! Your changes are cached and will automatically sync when you have connectivity.
Proof of Delivery features:
- Download your delivery manifest to your device, including customer and delivery information
- View and complete deliveries
- Scan barcoded advice notes or boxes (or crates/pallets etc.). Supports most barcode formats in 1D and 2D
- Photo capture
- Signature capture
The ePOD app connects to your system, meaning you have full control over which users and devices can connect. No information is stored on a central server.
Your system will require additional configuration to allow connections from the app. Please contact us for more information.

Navigating away from the settings page breaks the current GPS location
Text fields turn black when the screen is rotated
Retain drop after taking the pic on incident & ad hoc collection pages extend the timeout for image transmission on these pages
Sync screen: Error pop-up displays in the background when the screen is loading
Return the user to the previous position on the screen, after accessing a drop, and returning back to the screen
Enhancements:
Option to hide settings menu option
Display currency code on the amount due (if received from the backend system)
