Insights are Powered by fazwaz.com - a leader in the online property search space. As one of the largest brands we have access to a diverse data set specific to the real estate market and we want to share this with you.

FazWaz Insights explores all aspects of the real estate process. We want to provide data right from search to sold.
To do this we have broken the data down into 4 main categories.
+ Interest is focused on User Search and what people are looking for online.
+ Demand is focused on User Engagements and Interactions with the FazWaz Platform
+ Inventory explores the amount of supply available on the market.
+ Transactions look a property sales

One key feature of the app is that we allow you the flexibility and control to choose the data you want to explore, here are all the areas where you can filter the data to be as specific as you want:
+ Date Filters: This allows you to look at a snapshot of the market from that period of time. You can select a predefined date range or select a custom range.
+ Region Filters: This allows you to select which area of Thailand you want to explore and investigate. We have predefined the 6 main regions for the best data sets.
+ Property Type Filter: this allows you to choose which type of property you want to explore. We have 3 main categories:
- All - a combination of all property types
- Condo - consists of condominiums, apartments & penthouses
- Houses - consists of villas, houses & townhouses
+ Project Explorer: This allows you to look at which projects are popular and how much traction they are generating in the market.
