FormGuru is the best way to record your lifts, starting with back squat, deadlift, benchpress, and overhead press. We use the power of ARKit to record your body's 3D position during your lift and provide helpful feedback for your review.

There are three main reasons why you should give it a try:
1. **Record your lifts without stopping your music**
As you know, recording your lifts with the Camera app pauses your music, which makes hitting a PR that much harder. FormGuru lets you keep the music going!

2. **AutoStop makes reviewing lifts faster**
Since FormGuru knows when you begin and when you finish your lift, it automatically stops recording when you're done. By the time you get back to your phone, your video will be pulled up, fast-forwarded exactly to the starting point of your lift.

3. **View precise rep breakdowns**
FormGuru will detect the start and stop of each of your reps, and present a graph of how fast and how long each one took. This can be useful for measuring consistency during warm-up sets, or fatigue on top sets.
