能不能解决下闪退问题
刚下载的最新版本，其他都还好，就是经常编辑好了准备打印的时候就闪退了，又要重新选择照片重新编辑，太浪费时间和精力了，反复这么多来几次打印照片的好心情都没了，而且数据传输的速度也比较慢，手机就放在打印机旁边也没见快多少

打印的时候为什么中途会停
打印机买回来我还挺高兴 结果害得我浪费了好多张相纸 这是怎么回事呢？照片打印是每次来回打印是应该在那个纸匣里吗？如果是……我的就不一样都跑上面去了 然后就卡了 还不听的再跳通知 说不要中途退掉什么 如果你们设计软件的 也懂使用这个机器的话 教我一下 我不太懂 我并不是说软件不好 是机器的问题…（应该是这样的）

您好！打印时是从纸匣中取纸，打印过程中会从纸匣上方出纸，来回4次上次覆膜，如果您遇到卡纸，建议按app页面提示操作排纸，如果还是无法解决，建议联系客服或拨打保修卡的400电话咨询，谢谢！
新版不好用
前天一般打印还能有拼图功能，今天打开版本更新了，一般打印怎么找都没有拼图键了，这是减功能呢，还是想多卖耗材呢？更新能以减少BUG目的不，别把大家熟悉好用的功能搞没搞复杂好不？
