Version 1.17.0
The GK One Remind and Renew feature simplifies the renewal process, allowing both GK General Insurance Direct and GK One Third Party (TP) customers to renew their insurance policies directly through the app - no branch visits, no hassle.
With this feature, GK General Insurance Direct Customers can quickly look up and add their existing GKGI policies, renew anywhere, anytime, and upload essential documents like valuation and mechanical reports for seamless policy updates. Flexible payment options also let customers pay their premiums in 2-3 parts, depending on their premium balance.
For those who haven’t uploaded their valuation or mechanical reports, renewal is still possible. Customers can renew in-app and receive a cover note, by simply submitting the required documents (valuation and/ or mechanical report) via email to GKI_cmu_processing@gkco.com within 10 days to obtain their insurance certificate.
Timely notifications and emails will be sent to customers to ensure they are informed about renewal deadlines, document requirements, and payment schedules. Plus, customers can easily view and download a list of approved valuators and service providers before their renewal date.
Designed for efficiency, convenience, and compliance, the GK One Remind and Renew feature ensures a smooth, stress-free insurance renewal experience - all from the palm of your hand.
