我是一位长期吃药的肥胖高血压患者。我的女儿去年给我买了新手机，偶尔发现了这个软件，我点击加入了发现我以前的锻炼有错误的地方，但是在使用这个软件的过程中发现有的数据不能上传，就加了微信群，群主耐心教我，在2月份我又添置了苹果手表，成了永久会员。我按照这个软件的要求开始了我的健康之旅。我每天跳舞、跑步2公里（天气冷就在室内跑）、1分钟跳绳，坚持每天戴手表，二月份下来我获得了8个小图章，心情美美的。在3月初的体检中我的主治医生说我可以把药减半，而且我的体重也在一点点的在降下来！所以我很感谢这个软件给我带来的健康！感谢开发软件的工作人员的付出！希望有更多的人加入这个团队，获得意想不到的惊喜！

习惯的改变
非常好用，平时我就热爱运动，比较关注自己身体的各项数据。这款软件对数据进行搜集处理，用比较新颖的排列来呈现。每次挑战我都会积极参加，以前喜欢熬夜，现在为了收集“完美一天”的小太阳，每天都坚持早睡早起，积极锻炼，感觉身体状态好了很多，就是以目前的经济水平来说，无法大手一挥开永久会员。我会坚持使用这款软件的。

榜单数据问题
算是比较初期的用户，看着grow一步步变好，功能越来越多很开心，但用户增多也带来一些问题，个别用户为了排行榜，明显刷数据，部分榜单top数据明显非正常数据，而我们这些正常记录的用户则排到很后面，有点打击积极性。排行榜的作用是推动各用户间良性竞争健康生活的，不是用来满足自己虚荣心而刷榜的。 希望开发者可以增加一个自动评估功能，剔除排行榜中数据明显不正常的用户。
举例，截止评论时间，喝水榜单top都是日均喝满8升，明显超出正常摄入量了吧，真不会水中毒吗；还有正念榜，top是日均15h+，这是每天除了吃饭睡觉都在冥想吗

是的，我们会手动 ban 那些异常夸张数据的用户，来维持排行榜公正，后续还要继续优化，如果有觉得哪个挑战特别夸张，告诉我们下哈。
