For 11 years now Simon has been studying body compositions, fat loss & lifestyle transformations. Following his own transformation where he lost over 50 kg & Become a MEN'S HEALTH featured athlete, Simon has had a vision to try & help as many individuals achieve transformations of their own. From working & studying with some of the best coaches in the world I have now gained the knowledge to help individuals of all walks of life become the best version of themselves physically & mentally. My coaching methods are perfect for individuals struggling for confidence or struggling to lose body fat just like i was.
