Notifications when engineer requires signature approval
A record of signed certificates including who signed and when is stored for teh QS who can export as a CSV file
Easy to use:
1. Contractor sends electrical certificate *unsigned* from iCertifi on their device to QS for approval. This can be via email, upload to a cloud container or any etc.
2. QS is notified of request to sign when contractor presses remote signature on their device
3. The QS receives certificate reference, contractor name and other details. QS can approve the certificate by simply tapping the Sign button
4. Within seconds depending on connection speed, the QS signature will appear on the contractor’s certificate on their device. The certificate can then be sent now as signed
