我被扣了两次费用，而且不知道怎么要回来，好不容易充了10美元，订阅了8美元一个月的，流量，一直不提示成功，然后我就订阅了1美元一周的，结果过了一会，显示我订阅成功，被扣了9美元，而且还是一周的，我的8美元就相当于白充了，可恶。而且拨打客服还是收费的，也没有中文服务，选择英语，语音播报发音又不标准真的是。越想越气
