NEW: View customer's conversation history in the customer profile. Available on desktop and mobile.
* When speaking to a customer, you can see previous conversations directly from the customer profile.
* On desktop, find conversation history on the right hand panel of Inbox. On mobile, click on the customer name and scroll down to see conversation history.

Excellent app

It’s the first time I give rating for an app coz Ping is really good. It helps a lot for Shopify seller.
If we can send picture to customers on Ping it would be even better:)

希望加入汉语到里面去，对于中国的国民用户会很多

Please support the photo upload.

When I chat with our customer. I can’t upload the pictures from my mobile phone. Customer always wanna you to show more photos. But you can’t upload photos. Lose to many orders.
