A nice App. However........

I have encountered some problems. Every time I want to change my avatar, that page always fails to load. It shows connect failure. How can I solve this problem?

Hi there! Make sure you are connected to the internet at all times, and that the signal is strong. It might be that the app cannot download the avatars' data and so the connection might be weak. You can also send an e-mail at support@animaze.us and include the UserID (which you can find in the Settings menu) so we can investigate this matter closely. Regards, David
