优点：软件立意很好市面上也很少有女性重训的软件界面很简洁
不足：1. 大陆打不开视频我开vpn也很卡
2. 不知道是不是因为我看的不全面我练习的时候打开视频主要是讲解不是一起做建议可以跟几位youtube视频的方式一样带着一起做再加讲解
3. 软件需要更加本土化希望可以考虑加下简体中文并且加上订阅价格是真的贵了可以考虑基本业务免费部分业务收费或者降低一点月租软件名字上面也可以加一下中文和中文描述很难搜索到
4. 投屏到电视上
